The Borneo is a compact buoyancy aid worn in a sturdy, robust pouch at the waist.  The orally inflatable bladder is easily accessible and deployed from the pouch for quick inflation.  

When inflated, the bladder's dynamic shape permits high mobility on land and in the water, including swimming and handling of equipment and weaponry without hindrance.
