"Your Carrier" - If you select this option, a Tulmar representative will contact you via the email you provided during the ordering process.  You will be asked to provide your preferred carrier's account number (by replying to the email).  Once Tulmar receives your account number, we will use this account to ship your order.

Fedex Options - This means you will be charged a shipping fee during check out, and we will then ship through our Fedex account.  If you are outside North America, the only option is Fedex Int'l Priority (Int'l = International).  This is a carrier imposed limitation.  The fee is calculated based on the size and weight of your order.  The bigger the order, the bigger the fee.

"Pick-up": This is limited to customers in Canada.  If you have a person in proximity of our main offices, located in Hawkesbury, Ontario, you will be able to pick up your goods there.  You will be sent the full address when the order is ready for pick up.

If you are in possession of a discount code, for a special sale, winning a contest or any other means, the discount must be manually applied during your checkout.  Select the products you wish to purchase and proceed to the checkout page.  On the right of the page, you will see a section where you can apply the check out code (IMPORTANT:  The codes are case sensitive.  Make sure to apply capital letters as seen on the provided code!).
